I have never purchased a vehicle and decided to do so at Jim Norton Toyota in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I was not prepared for how kind and helpful the dealers were! I had called my original dealer, Andrew, and even Jim Norton Toyota in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I was not prepared for how kind and helpful the dealers were! I had called my original dealer, Andrew, and even though he was on the way to his son’s baseball game, he still took the time to answer and talk me through the process! I arrived and Rodrigo was so extremely helpful. Not only did he make the process easy and exciting, but Rod seemed to truly value his customers as individual human beings. He even took a picture of me with my car, even though it was after hours, lol! I love my car and I will always purchase a vehicle through Jim norton Toyota! More

We had a wonderful experience when we went to test drive a Toyota Highlander. When there was something we weren’t fond of on the first model Rodrigo helped us find a model we were happy with. Mario took ove a Toyota Highlander. When there was something we weren’t fond of on the first model Rodrigo helped us find a model we were happy with.
