Quite possibly the worst salesperson I’ve ever dealt with. I decided against buying a car from his Jeep dealership on RT 46 because of Gabriel’s poor salesmanship. Gabriel Dominguez As a loyal Honda customer, I was hesitant to even walk into a competitors dealership. I've driven Civics and Accords for the last 20 years, and have As a loyal Honda customer, I was hesitant to even walk into a competitors dealership. I've driven Civics and Accords for the last 20 years, and have dealt with the same dealership and salesperson for the majority of those 20 years, so leaving was a big deal. My husband and I walked into Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge on a whim, and were promptly greeted by Gabriel Dominguez. His zero-pressure approach made the entire process that much easier, and he was very patient as we looked at, and test drove, several different models of cars. Most car dealers will press you on a car that you test drive, but Gabriel clearly understood our situation, and accommodated us every step of the way. Once we decided that the Compass was the best fit for my needs, and that I was ready to part ways with Honda, the actual leasing process was surprisingly effortless. Gabriel took a look at the particulars of the lease with Honda, and came right over the top with a much better deal than I would have gotten had I stayed with Honda. To sweeten the deal, he even covered the last payment of the then-current lease. I highly recommend not only Rt. 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge, but specifically Gabriel Dominguez, as he represents the company with nothing less than integrity and professionalism. Thank you very much! I wish I could rate lower than one star Cauly agreed to sell an Audi S8 Plus for $79,991 to me in front of my sales person Gabriel Dominguez (Who was great throughout the process) while I wa Cauly agreed to sell an Audi S8 Plus for $79,991 to me in front of my sales person Gabriel Dominguez (Who was great throughout the process) while I was on the phone with him. I went to my Credit Union to secure the funds and when I called back (Same day) the sales person told me that he had sold the car for 5k more than what we had agreed upon. Cauly did not ask me for a deposit otherwise I would have given one. I also tried to connect with Cauly but he had conveniently "gone home for the day" I also tried to reach out to another Sales Manager (Adam Solomon) who coldly just rattled off what the legalese were in the state of New Jersey and then hung up on me. Regardless of whatever laws exist to protect a dealership or consumers in transactions, if you cannot take people at their word there is a serious breakdown in an organization and culture. It will only be a matter of time before this catches up to them in the short and long term. I choose to have compassion for Cauly and the people that have to work in that environment. I can only imagine the pain and suffering that they must be going through internally to allow that to happen in their business. Needless to say I would stay away from doing business with the Route 46 group until they can up level their business ethics and practices. More
