Not only did I get an honest knowledgeable salesperson, I truly felt like I was dealing with a friend. This guy took his time with me and going through all the options between trade in and all the different financing monthly payment combinations. Never felt rushed as you do in some dealerships with salespersons just trying to make a sale. Would highly recommend Gabe and this dealership! Asked specific questions b4 I visited......wrong answers. I had received a $2000 coupon in the mail off any Jeep they were selling. I had previously made a deal on a Jeep Grand Cherokee at their dealership. I had received a $2000 coupon in the mail off any Jeep they were selling. I had previously made a deal on a Jeep Grand Cherokee at their dealership. I called them and spoke to Gabriel Dominguez. I asked her 2 questions: 1) Can I use this coupon on the price I had previously negotiated? 2) Are you still offering 0% financing on this Jeep I want? The answer was ABSOLUTELY. I ASKED TO PLEASE MAKE SURE BECAUSE I DIN'T WANT TO DRIVE OVER AN HOUR EACH WAY TO FIND OUT THAT THE ANSWERS WERE NO. Once again I was told they had to honor the coupon and yes, 0% financing was still being offered. So I drove an hour and 15 minutes to get there. Needless to say, neither answer of YES was correct. I was in the dealership for a total of 10 minutes. I COULDN'T use the coupon and I COULDN'T get 0% financing. What a waste of time, and money on gas!!!! More

Service dept needs major improvement I was in for multiple recalls and an oil change. All but one recall happened because one is t fixable as of yet. The oil change did not happen at all I was in for multiple recalls and an oil change. All but one recall happened because one is t fixable as of yet. The oil change did not happen at all even though when the appointment was made I requested that be included. I now have to schedule yet another appointment to get that done. Looking forward to the at least 10-15 minute hold time to get that appointment made. If the service wasn't included in my contract, I would not return. Sorry guys, you need much improvement. More

This is the second time we've purchased from a Rt 46 dealer and both times were great (they own the Jeep/Chrysler and Nissan stores). Our sales person Gabriel Dominguez is a true gentleman; patient, caring, understanding, not pushy at all. We settled on a great price for a 2015 GC as well as more than expected for our trade-in. We can't imagine buying a car from anyone else. It was the little things that made the difference; how Gabriel patiently attached the new keys to the key ring, how he prepped the car himself (it was after closing time on a Saturday night!), how he put everything in an envelope, and the following Monday when he showed us around the service area. We were treated like we were the most special people in the world. We look forward to buying our next car from Gabriel at Rt 46 Jeep. Thanks! More

She directed me to the perfect salesman who knew exactly what I was looking for. He showed me the vechiles I was interested in and explained my options. He sat in the vechile with me and explained everything the vechile has to offer..He didn't mind at all answering ever question I had. I was so indecisive and he still had such patience and understanding. I highly recommend Gabriel Dominguez he was absolutely incredible! More
