It was clean, social distance COVID rules was practiced. Our sales rep was pleasant to work with. The test drive was a good experience and the sales rep was very accommodating. CONS: The buying process is similar to buying a new car. Very archaic style, same process as when I bought a new car 30 years ago. The sales rep plays the "Good Guy" and he pretends to be on your side against the Manager. This going back and forth is tiring. It's aggravating. It takes away from the pleasure of getting a new car. After you commit to a price you go back to the finance guy. That process has been updated technology wise, but it's the same old thing, sign here, sign there, don't read it just sign it is implied. I gave it 4 stars because I compared to other dealerships. However if i come across a dealership that can streamline the buying process, I would be a fan of that dealership. More

Smooth and seamless service. I was super nervous to go buy a car alone.
