My wife and I tried on three different occasions to do business with this dealer, first with Dominik who did not know how to work with us and called his manager Westly who tried to confuse my wife and I w business with this dealer, first with Dominik who did not know how to work with us and called his manager Westly who tried to confuse my wife and I with extra fees that affected the total of the truck. We decided to leave without making a deal, the next day another seller contact me Gabriel, who told me one thing over the phone and when I went back for the 2nd time to the dealer he changed everything, he even showed me a document with numbers and when i ask him about some of the numbers he said no to look at them, which made me feel like he was trying to trick me and decided to leave. The next day I received another call from another seller, who said he will like to help us to buy the vehicle but he was actually repeating what the others said. Do your proper research before visiting this dealer, they will put extra fees on but will not explain them to you and they will make it seem is ok. Today I received a call again from Central Florida Chrysler Dodge, this time was Hector, guess what, they try to play games and trick me, he even told me to remove the bad reviews because is bad for their business. He told me that they had to fixed a few things on the vehicle that i was interested, really?? A vehicle with 13,000 miles, give me a break, liars!!! More

Worst service, won't buy another car from this dealer. Nobody was able to help me with questions I had after purchasing my vehicle. Visited the dealer various times, sitting there with no help for hours, Nobody was able to help me with questions I had after purchasing my vehicle. Visited the dealer various times, sitting there with no help for hours, seller agent left in two occasions without letting me know he was leaving for the day. Very disgusted with the service. More
