I was referred to him by family that had a wonderful experience with him buying their cars. He was very easy to work with and made buying a car and trading my old one very simple. Gabriel doesn't hassle you into buying extra options that are unnecessary, he really customizes the car you want to fit you and your needs perfectly. I showed up for my appointment at rallye BMW (Gabriel was more than accommodating to fit me in last minute because of my busy schedule )and I was ready to haggle and argue as usual. After about 5 minutes I found myself not even questioning a word he was saying you could just tell he had no agenda besides getting me what I wanted all the while actually making it an enjoyable experience which is something I didn't think was possible while looking for a car. To skip to the end after being very patient with me he found me the exact car that I wanted at a price lower than I thought was possible , I'm really not sure how things could of went any better or smoother there's a reason he's one of rallyes top salesman . You'd be foolish to not atleast sit down with him if your going to rallye BMW. More

This young man treated me better than any car dealer has ever treated me. Not only did he take my 26 year old car on a trade in, he honored the trade in quote and sold me the most amazing car that was custom ordered directly from the factory and threw in several freebies. And to my surprise, the car was delivered 10 days ahead of schedule! Unheard of in this field. Gabe was friendly, honest, genuine and went above and beyond to satisfy. I am 100 percent satisfied which is very rare because I am admittedly high maintenance and difficult to deal with. I had zero problems with Gabriel. Do not hesitate to purchase a car from Gabriel Hale, he will not disappoint. In the immortal words of Arnold Schwartnegger, I'LL BE BACK. More

Originally I had gone to BMW in Freeport to look at cars and got some options but that was where their customer service began and ended. So I was directed to Rally from a friend who had recently purchased his car from your location and informed my of Westbury excellent customer service. With this being my very first time buying a car and especially as a female, I was absolutely clueless and of course had 10 million questions. G.Hale was beyond patient, calm and communicated me with me on a consistent basis where I didn't feel I was being put off or aggravating him. He found me the car that represents who I am and that I LOVE. Three weeks later he still has called to check and ensure that things are running smooth and that I am still a happy buyer.
