Gabriel was knowledgeable about all aspects of the sale and was quick to respond to any emails or messages about the truck order. His professional, knowledgable demeanor instilled confidence that the order would go smoothly. We remained very leery of ordering online/by phone because a previous truck order from another dealer in California resulted in a 1 year wait and the entirely wrong vehicle showing up! We live in southern Baja Mexico and trips to the U.S. are usually to California , but for any new Chevrolet we buy, we will now return to Courtesy in Phoenix and/or to buy from Gabriel. 2. We also want to commend Brock Roulier in Finance for making the purchase/finance part as straight forward and easy to understand as possible. 3. We had some questions regarding the titling of the vehicle for our U.S state of residence after we left the dealership and Monica in the Title dept was very helpful and responsive also. More

Gabriel is a wonderful sales person! He earned our trust from the start when going through the process of purchasing a brand new Traverse. I recently bought a new Chevy Bolt from Gab. He is very knowledgeable about electric cars. He was low pressure to deal with and always kept his word. They have a great selection of cars. My car was totally charged and ready to go. The sales manager and others asked if there was anything they could do to help. They seemed like they really wanted to help and not sell anything extra. I will be helping friends make a purchase at this Chevy dealer soon. More
