I did a online purchase of my infinity Q60 in October 2021 . I was specifically interested in this certain make and model and Coconut Creek Dealership was my very last effort to obtain one. (Save the best for last lol) Its sad to say, I had found several vehicles (of this make and model) in my home state, but only to be disappointed with the sales department. When I reached out to Coconut Creek, I spoke with Moe. He went ABOVE & BEYOND to assist me with my vehicle/online purchase I appreciated his full honesty and patience during the purchase process. He was extremely prompt in returning my calls (and trust me I called a lot) and he handled EVERY.SINGLE.QUESTION in a very professional manner! Basically, I CANNOT say enough good things about MOE. He is an EXCEPTIONAL employee and please make sure he gets a (VERY GOOD ) raise! He deserves it! :) And a shout out to Gabe who helped me out obtaining a document earlier this week. Then I spent time with Gabe Lenchus in finance. We connected right away, and the process was seamless and a fun time. My favorite is Naseen Saleem in services. I cannot say enough about this man. He is always there for me for every auto need. Not only for me but also for my 82-year-old mother. She does not drive a Infinity (the cars have to much power for her to handle) but he takes care of her as if she did. I will not go anyway where else to buy a car!!! More
