Met my promise to meet Sales person 19 miles away, Soni, after a couple of calls to see a car at my request. I was switched to someone else who I informed I was a former car salesman and we need to cut to t after a couple of calls to see a car at my request. I was switched to someone else who I informed I was a former car salesman and we need to cut to the chase. I drove the selected car to my Trade Volvo and the salesman drove my Volvo away with no instructions for what to do next. So I drove to the entrance where I find the Volvo being assessed and my sales guy with another customer so I asked for my keys and left. Apparently my needs were secondary. The manager called to make amends but wife having heard my tale said not to reward this disregard by doing business with this dealer. So no sale and the memory of the worst car store visit ever. More
