I replied with the car and features I wanted, and he replied to me 3 minutes later saying he could order me the exact car I wanted and it would arrive in about 6 weeks. I couldn't believe how easy that was. I'm really happy with the additional options I purchased, but I would have preferred to have been informed of the options in advance so I could have understood them better before I agreed to purchase them. Also, I was there for 4 hours to pick up the new car. It would be nice if they could streamline that process a bit. More

Purchasing my new Outback at Grand Subaru and with Gabe was my first car buying experience in the modern car market. At our first contact Gabe was upfront and honest about the Outback pricing, features, availability, and financing. It did not change the entire time. Gabe made my new car purchase as easy and as quick as possible. Gabe was able to make a dealer trade for the exact vehicle and color I wanted. It arrived sooner than expected. We scheduled a time to inspect the car and make a deal, it only took 1.5 hours to drive away with my new Outback. Again, pricing, features, and financing did not change from start to finish. Al in Finance was prepared, friendly, and professional. He was able to get the best rates for my credit score and it made all the difference in my monthly payment. I never felt that I was being sold anything I didn't need. All it took was a few texts, emails, and 1.5 hours on a Saturday morning and Grand Subaru and Gabe sold me the car of my dreams. I recommend everyone go to Grand Subaru for their next Subaru purchase. More

After a long search, I decided a new Subaru Forester Sport was the right car for me. Knowing that the model and color I wanted was difficult to find in today's market (March, 2023), I decided to reach o Sport was the right car for me. Knowing that the model and color I wanted was difficult to find in today's market (March, 2023), I decided to reach out to 8 local dealers, including the sales rep at another dealer who sold me my 2019 Crosstrek. I didn't expect to hear anything until Monday. One dealer reached out Saturday night but they weren't going to have anything for a bit. Gabe emailed me Sunday...which I was surprised by since it was his day off. And he happened to have the model and color I was looking for which was even better. I came in Monday and picked up the new ride. He even took my photo with the new car, and my trade-in car which was nice! :) What I liked best was his responsiveness which I greatly appreciated. This was my first time at the dealership but it seems good. It's clean. They have snacks and a foosball table which is nice. I'm actually going to get some new tires for my 2019 Crosstrek there in a few weeks so we will see how that goes. But so far, so good! More
