I called to set up service. I was told the service advisor would call back in an hour and no one did.. Then, I called again a few days later. I wanted the serpentine belt rep I was told the service advisor would call back in an hour and no one did.. Then, I called again a few days later. I wanted the serpentine belt replaced as it was frayed, I gave them the VIN number, wanted to know when I could bring it in, and asked for a price. They said they could not give a price and were very difficult to deal with over the phone. Just a lot of static from the person I was speaking with . . . I just wanted a simple answer. Finally, I told them to forget it and called the Ed Morse Honda Dealership, also close by and got someone immediately who could provide answers, was very personable, helpful, and knew what they were talking about. Braman seemed strange, and felt not all that great in dealing with customers. I knew exactly what I wanted, and they would not give me a price. About halfway through my conversation with Braman, I got a feeling that I could not trust them. Someone at corporate should deal with the service manager ... perhaps some schooling on how to deal with customers. More

While scheduling my appt with Gabrielle she was argumentative and told me that I had a 2016i had advised her was a 2017. Even giving last 6 of the vin. She finally said she found it. When I arrived at dealership I was welcome as a new customer. I have been going to Braman since 2007. I was advised by Lesly that one of the items that was recommended was just done at 38k advised only have 51k why was this recommended again. Couldn’t explain. Also was supposed to get 10 off the bill and wasn’t deducted so they had to call and make a new ticket. Very poor experience. More
