This dealership has always treated me well. Their prices are reasonable. Unfortunately the last time I took my truck in for an oil change, I mentioned it didn't sound right. It was making a fun Their prices are reasonable. Unfortunately the last time I took my truck in for an oil change, I mentioned it didn't sound right. It was making a funny noise towards the front of the engine. I was told it was looked over and everything was fine. A couple of days later I'm stranded along the side of the road with a shredded serpentine belt. I noticed the large pulley in the upper right corner just hanging at a funny angle. This didn't happen in just a couple of days. Its been going bad for a while and just wasn't caught. I trusted Gates to look over my vehicles and give them the thumbs up before I take long trips out to see my son in Norfolk Virginia. I won't be so inclined to take it to them in the future. More
