Had steering wheel replaced with an aftermarket brand. Drove home afterwards and found horn did not function, also they did not reset my clock or oil change indicator. So I got charged for diagnostic, to figure why the horn didn't work????? I paid the bill and I will never go back to their So called service dept. again More

Had my truck in for service. Was told everything looked good. Less than a week later I was stranded along the side of the road. Had it towed back to Gates where they did repairs. Was told everything looked good. Less than a week later I was stranded along the side of the road. Had it towed back to Gates where they did repairs. Got it back, drove it for 2 days, started having more issues with it. Called Gates, and because I didn't have them do all the recommended repairs, they wouldn't do anything for me. The recommended repairs were new brake pads and a leaking shock. Took it to a different repair shop where I was told it was just the thermostat. They showed me what to get and how easy it was to replace. I probably won't use Gates again after this last experience. More
