They take me right on time and are always cognizant of the time a cost. I feel that they find ways to save me money rather than charging more. Service employees charged me more for wipers even though they were on sale. Waited a long time before a service rep came to speak to me when I pulled in. I was just ignored. Will not be coming back. I can’t rate it right now. I was not happy with the 5 hours I had to wait. No one told me that what was being done to the car would take that long. Otherwise I would have ta I was not happy with the 5 hours I had to wait. No one told me that what was being done to the car would take that long. Otherwise I would have taken a ride to The Highlands and spent it with friends. AND I also am waiting to hear about my driver’s side rear door handle. It fell out into my hands. Supposedly it’s been ordered and “needs to be painted” before they can install it. I wonder how long I have to wait before I hear something. More
