Anthony was great at first but ultimately was not honest. He was not forthcoming about the vehicle history until the very end. He promised the car would be detailed before pick up and it wasn’t. The same grease was on the window when we picked it up as when we drove it obstructing our vision. He went and cleaned it off but it was still there. He did not disclose that there was only 1 key for the vehicle until after we purchased it. He did not tell us my daughter would have to come back from college to have it inspected a week later. He told me we could have the loan in only my husband’s name but that isn’t what happened. They ran my credit too and I’m on the loan even though I didn’t want to be. He doesn’t respond to calls, voicemails, or texts. As soon as you have signed the papers forget it. He will turn on you. I came back to the dealer to discuss the issue with the inspection and he flipped out on me and walked away. When I spoke to a “sales manager” nothing was done. I asked to speak to the owners and left a message, both in person and a couple days later over the phone and no one contacted me. I’m very disappointed at the rudeness displayed by Anthony, the deceit that I had to encounter, and the lack of response from multiple sales managers at this location, including Bryan, Jessica, and Tony. My daughter was along for the process, and was hoping to learn about buying a car. She learned about the unsavory nature of car salesman and noticed all the little white lies that were told along the way. This dealership should be ashamed of themselves and the owners should step up and contact me and make this situation right. The lack of response and communication is highly disappointing. The dishonesty displayed at this dealership is appalling. More

Sold me a used truck that had issues… needed cv axle, lower control arm and subframe bushings… somehow dealer pass it through the state inspection… from day one I had issues with popping noise and clunk lower control arm and subframe bushings… somehow dealer pass it through the state inspection… from day one I had issues with popping noise and clunking…. Brought it to them 2x but they couldn’t find the issue… brought it to another shop and they found issues right away… management is a joke and service dept is incompetent… stay away… ended up eating the cost out of pocket since they refuse to do anything as the vehicle pass inspection… More

This dealership was awful. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else. I came into Westborough Toyota hoping to not feel taken advantage of but was disappointed to find that that’s I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else. Everything went smoothly until I brought it home and was able to drive over 50 mph on the highway where I realized that the whole front end was shaking. This was due to the terrible tires that they tried to get away when selling the car. I then checked the engine with my father who noticed a cracked windshield, and a rats nest in the engine. The brakes were also more than halfway worn. The only thing they agreed to fix was the tires which they took off another 4 runner. When I approached the dealership sales manager to ask how he could of charged me over 900 dollars for a “ready car fee” despite all of these issues being wrong he said “it’s not my problem” his name is Tony. I then was told I needed to go to service where Alfredo was somewhat helpful but only fixed the biggest issue being the tires. The service associate I worked with John told me over the phone that my father was dramatic due to all of the complaints. No one here takes accountability. The cherry on top was when I told them not to put an inspection sticker on based on the untruthful behavior I had already experienced. I showed up to get my car and was told “no one told me”. I had not only told the sales associate and the service associate but written in text messages. I’m disgusted with the issues that I’m still having with the car. They called me after I had written a review that they sent me to fill out received an “apology” phone call and wasn’t offered any services to fix the issues or to compensate the money that was wrongfully owed.
