The service dept. at Adams went so far above and beyond to help me, even after I got upset with them. My 2021 Grand Cherokee was making an intermittent noise upon sta at Adams went so far above and beyond to help me, even after I got upset with them. My 2021 Grand Cherokee was making an intermittent noise upon starting. My car was at Adams for 2 days and of course, the noise never happened for them. I was driving to Tennessee Monday morning to pick up my niece and the following two weeks were booked solid. Squeezing in a day without my car was not possible. I panicked thinking about driving by myself to pick up a teenager in a car with a known problem. Admittedly, I got upset with Chris, the service desk rep, and asked for the manager. Galen took the call. After a lengthy conversation, Galen acknowledged my concerns and helped me understand his dilemma not being able to replicate the noise and diagnose the actual problem. Since a similar problem was documented on a tech forum, Galen was able to provide a likely solution. He brought in a tech on Saturday to do the job. Galen even came in himself to test drive my car when the job was done. Galen validated my concerns and ensured I felt safe to drive my car. He calmly explained his situation to me. Galen respected me as a person, even when I wasn't my best. I have always been a loyal jeep customer. Because of Galen, and his service dept, I am now a loyal Adams Jeep customer. Thank you!! More
