Garrett was very helpful and communicated with us. I don't quite understand the update notifications. Of the customer is not notified, how do they know there is one and why is the customer charged f I don't quite understand the update notifications. The service performed was done quickly & efficiently. The on-line scheduling was a problem. My first "appointment" was confirmed via text. I then was contacted by phone saying I had been approved for ser The on-line scheduling was a problem. My first "appointment" was confirmed via text. I then was contacted by phone saying I had been approved for service several days later from a different person. Finally, I was contacted to tell me a technician was ready to head for my home address to do the service I had requested - I told that person that I had an appointment at the dealer on Thursday at 2:30pm and not to send anyone to my house. After all that confusion, our service went fine. I just wouldn't schedule on-line again. More
