Horrible buying experience. In fact the absolute worst. From the moment I arrived to pick up my pre ordered Bronco, after waiting over 9 months with 3 delays added, I was told there was a $10,000 dealer From the moment I arrived to pick up my pre ordered Bronco, after waiting over 9 months with 3 delays added, I was told there was a $10,000 dealer mark up on my MSRP which I was also told by ford would be honored. Many other dealerships I could have selected stated in writing there would be no mark up if I selected them. However, trying to support local business I used Future Ford. Only to be forced to cancel my order or pay the dealership mark up. Don’t use Future Ford, worst buying experience ever. More
