Garrett did an excellent job at keeping me in the loop. And Daren (the tech) did the repair my engine compartment looks like new,. The Mercedes staff are all very nice to interact with. It’s always great to hear Toni’s voice on the phone! I’ve been a customer for close to 40 years. The included car wash and the brief check up overview is a nice touch and I appreciated the “loaned car. The radiator leak a few days after I got my car back was very frustrating. What’s a consistent frustration is the cost of repairs largely due to labor charges with a shared split. More
