DON'T buy from them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!... they sold me an extended warranty that the car manufacturer wont accept. when i called they they told me to call the warranty company; why would you call them before extended warranty that the car manufacturer wont accept. when i called they they told me to call the warranty company; why would you call them before the car was looked at?... i got disconnected and i called them back and they have yet to return my calls. I filled out a web form and when they though it was for a sale they called me; when i said you already took my money they said they will forward my issues to sales... they haven't called back since... they took me for 4K... don't trust them. I tried some other Toyota dealers before coming across Panama City, which was 120 miles away from where I live. The other dealerships I tried were horrible. Too much haggling and feeling like I wasn't being treated fairly. When I first started talking to Garrett Barker (my salesman) I immediately felt at ease. He was calm, collected, and very, very helpful. I mean, I was like the most annoying person ever with my thousands of questions and waffling over prices and - well, let's just say he was patient and cool with me despite it all. He worked with me on pricing and got me, what I believe, was an amazing price on a new Toyota Corolla. I may have had to drive 120 miles to find a reliable dealership, but it was totally worth it. I would recommend Panama City to everyone, because they definitely earn your business. Oh, and the car is fantastic. They even filled the tank up! More
