I brought my Kia EV in for the "refill inverter coolant" recall (which I found out about on my own; I was never told by Kia). They did the coolant flush and one day later the warning was back on. They kept recall (which I found out about on my own; I was never told by Kia). They did the coolant flush and one day later the warning was back on. They kept the car in all day again and never called me about it. I tried getting in touch with service for the 30 minutes before closing, was told someone would call me, and no one did. I called back the next morning and was told they will do the recall again. They did it and two days later, the warning is back. This is a KNOWN ISSUE that hundreds of owners have and Kia does not have a good solution for it. More

Our salesperson, Ralphael Chavez, was excellent - knowledgeable, personable, and extremely helpful. But the manager who tried to sell us various protection policies was far too aggressive and had tro knowledgeable, personable, and extremely helpful.
