I arrived for a scheduled appointment and due to an error it wasn't in the system. The service crew not only got my car in for all of the service but they managed to get me into another vehicle for the day. it wasn't in the system. They all went above and beyond to complete what was needed and did it on a completely professional level. More

I've never experienced such blatant disregard for my needs or satisfaction from a business. Poor communication and lack of concern at every turn. The service superfailed to return my call. I was excited ro get my sunroof repaired, but was disappointed in the overall experience. Repair took 15 days. The first week was anticipated while I was out of town, but poor communication from se disappointed in the overall experience. Repair took 15 days. The first week was anticipated while I was out of town, but poor communication from service team left me frustrated as the process dragged on. No comunication from service manager when I reached out and was finally provided with a courtesy vehicle after day 11 in the shop. I do like the final repair, but if I had known it was going to be this difficult with regard to communication I would have gone with another dealership. Not happy with the process at all. I will certainly avoid them in the future. More

Brand new vehicle with 17000 miles and I have already had 3 things replaced on motor. Camshaft rockers and something with the intake .I was sold a lemon and then I ask for a complimentary oil change after al 3 things replaced on motor.
