I did my homework prior to asking around town for a great deal a new Jeep Grand Cherokee L. Cortese Jeep in Henrietta was among the top few contenders. I enjoyed my visit and found a terrific deal on a leas deal a new Jeep Grand Cherokee L. Cortese Jeep in Henrietta was among the top few contenders. I enjoyed my visit and found a terrific deal on a lease on a new JGC L. The service department over the span of the lease has been a pleasure to work with along with the entire team. If you’re in the market for a new Jeep, I recommend you give Cortese Jeep in an opportunity to earn your business. They’re a great group of people too. I arrived for a scheduled appointment and due to an error it wasn't in the system. The service crew not only got my car in for all of the service but they managed to get me into another vehicle for the day. it wasn't in the system. I've never experienced such blatant disregard for my needs or satisfaction from a business. Poor communication and lack of concern at every turn. The service superfailed to return my call. I was excited ro get my sunroof repaired, but was disappointed in the overall experience. Repair took 15 days. The first week was anticipated while I was out of town, but poor communication from se disappointed in the overall experience. Repair took 15 days. The first week was anticipated while I was out of town, but poor communication from service team left me frustrated as the process dragged on. No comunication from service manager when I reached out and was finally provided with a courtesy vehicle after day 11 in the shop. I do like the final repair, but if I had known it was going to be this difficult with regard to communication I would have gone with another dealership. Not happy with the process at all. I will certainly avoid them in the future. More
