Poor service I dropped off my vehicle the night before my service appointment. I had a oil change schedule and a recall which was supposed to take .2 hours. Full I dropped off my vehicle the night before my service appointment. I had a oil change schedule and a recall which was supposed to take .2 hours. Fully expecting to receive my vehicle back to me before 10:30 in the morning. I was not text until almost 3:30 in the afternoon that it was done. I also asked the service advisor if they could arrange for shuttle pick-up in 45 minutes after that text message was sent and received another one saying that I was the one that needed to call the shuttle man. Just truly unacceptable service. I obviously was put aside why other jobs were taken care of because I was not in the waiting room waiting. I'm actually such disgruntled by that appointment I'll probably seek out Doan for service from now on. More
