My initial hesitance on buying a new car again were quickly removed with my initial contact with Gary. When I ran into a few snares on the web site, Gary gathered my information and was able to process some of my requests related to my trade in value and initiate a loan process. He worked after hours to answer my questions and helped me narrow down my interests to two different trims on the Crosstrek. When I felt I was ready to purchase, Gary was flexible with his time and gave me the time test drive and ask questions without being pushy on the process. He also respected that line about overselling, answering the questions I had without trying to over explain those topics that I already knew. My husband and I were very impressed by this good car-buying experience with Garavel. We found the Garavel dealership by doing an internet search for a 2024 blue Crosstrek Sport we had our eye on--it car-buying experience with Garavel. Gary Bauman, the salesman who responded to our contact, was friendly and straightforward and did not play any games about availability or pricing. He had all the numbers and answered all our questions, and we made the deal over the phone & email! Three days later when we arrived (check in hand) at the spacious Garavel dealership to take possession of our shiny new car, Gary spent a good amount of time introducing us to our Crosstrek—patiently leading us through all its many features, exterior and interior, and the various screen displays and apps. He also said he would be available to continue to answer any questions after the purchase. Business manager Tom Nerreau, who handled the purchase closing, walked us through all the paperwork details, forms, pressure-free warranty explanations, signatures, copies, etc, expeditiously and expertly.
