Normally, I don’t write reviews but I had to in this instance because of my fantastic experience at Garavel Subaru in Norwalk. You must ask for Rafael Velez. By far, he is the best salesman I have ever instance because of my fantastic experience at Garavel Subaru in Norwalk. You must ask for Rafael Velez. By far, he is the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with. What immediately caught my attention was the personalized video Rafael sent me. At that point I was only inquiring about the Outback Premium and Limited. In the video, he pointed out the differences between the two cars which I could see with my own eyes. I hadn’t even made an appointment to see Rafael at that point. When I visited the dealership the next day Rafael spent 4 hours with me. Test drove the car and decided on the Limited. I was pleasantly surprised at the price and we closed the deal. It would not have happened if it wasn’t for Rafael. He is hard working, honest and transparent. I also encountered genuinely friendly people from the front desk receptionist (sorry I didn’t get her name) to business manager, Gary. Such a positive experience I will be transferring my car’s service to Garavel. More

From start to finish the experience was flawless and only confirmed why they were voted number one by Consumer R Service: they are the gold standard. Professional, personable, knowledgeable, respectful, accommodating… get yourself a Subaru! It’s worth the trip to Norwalk. And BTW -Ask for Stephen or Raphael-and I can’t forget Gary in finance. P.
