Thumbs up! I was greeted by Gary on my first visit and he was very attentive to my needs. I was in the process of returning another leased car with another deale I was greeted by Gary on my first visit and he was very attentive to my needs. I was in the process of returning another leased car with another dealership and was interested in a Subaru. A few of my friends have a Subaru and they loved their vehicles. I knew this was the car for me. I returned a few days later with my son for reassurance as I am a woman and a recent widow. We worked on the financials and came to agreement which fit my budget. Unfortunately I went in with the expectations of driving my new Subaru out the door. I met with Tom and he said my monthly payments would be greater than my budget. I asked him if there was anything he could do to help me out. After some thought he approached his manager Miles and we came to an agreement that was fitting to my budget $7 over but doable. I signed the papers and was a very happy camper. Gary handed me a bag gave me the tour of the departments and we went tick or treating each department put something in the bag, it was fun. I met Lulu we fell in love at first sight! Gary handed me the keys and we went to my car and he went over all of the features of the car. I drove off with a big smile on my face thinking my late husband would have been proud of me. More
