I've been leasing from this dealership for about 10 years now. I've never had any real issues with this dealership that's why when it came to purchasing a car for my teenage son this is where I went. Gary was very helpful in helping us find a used vehicle for a decent price. We were looking for something that my son could afford with under 100,000 miles. We ended up purchasing a used Accord so I'm very thankful. Gary was great to work with. He went above and beyond to assist. Thank you. More

Hi, My experience with Parkville Honda was not good. I am really disappointed with the staff. With my purchase of a new Honda hybrid on last Tuesday. The attitude of the staff was so different before and aft really disappointed with the staff. With my purchase of a new Honda hybrid on last Tuesday. The attitude of the staff was so different before and after buying the car. The calculated numbers they put on were all incorrect. Also charged for wheel locks and splash guards which they did not install in the car and never informed me of it. until I call them now and ask the staff, they are happy to install them. This is so unprofessional. Sorry to say, really pissed of with the purchase. More
