From the time I arri I bought my first HONDA civic from this dealership in November of 2016. I was recommended to this location by a customer of mine. From the time I arrived on site to the moment I signed the contract, I was greeted and treated with outstanding hospitality that made the entire car-buying experience a memorable one. Chuck Sardelis greeted me out front of the dealership and immediately paired me with Gary Burlage, both tenured HONDA representatives. I cant say enough about Chuck and more importantly, Gary, who both helped me find a car that met all of my expectations. Almost exactly a year later, I was in a total loss car accident with my brand new 2016 HONDA. I contacted Gary Burlage (who had kept in touch with me over the year of my ownership with the first HONDA Civic) and he immediately got me in a brand new 2017 HONDA Civic that exactly mirrored the car that I had. Again, the team that Heritage Honda - Parkville has is outstanding.
