For the last few months, I was searching for the right vehicle that suited me and my family's needs and eventually landed on a Certified Pre-owned Honda Pilot. Then it took another month or two to figure out my finances, all the options I really wanted, and to locate a dealership that had a vehicle that matched my exact specifications. During that time there were many showroom visits to various Baltimore area dealers, test drives and my kid climbing over the seats of lots of shiny new cars. My experience was that not all sales folks were as accommodating of my situation having a boisterous 3 year old zipping through the sale floor, thus my visit to Heritage Honda Parkville exceeded my expectations. Lastly, My sales Representative Gary Burlage was incredibly professional made the sales process painless and ultimately provided me with a vehicle that I 'm sure I will enjoy for years to come.
