Try a different sales rep Started with the internet person (Kristin, I think) and wish I could have stuck with her. When I moved to Gary answers got cryptic or questions not e Started with the internet person (Kristin, I think) and wish I could have stuck with her. When I moved to Gary answers got cryptic or questions not even answered. Appointment to get car was very inefficient and wasted a lot of my time. No follow-up for a month about items that were to be installed on the car, per agreement. Had to email him to find out what was going on. Finance guy, Chris, was amiable and efficient to deal with. No other experience with the dealership so far. More

Ongoing Issues I purchased a 2016 Durango in October 2016. The first 90 days I owned it, the dealership had it 48 of those days. It had to have 3 separate paint sess I purchased a 2016 Durango in October 2016. The first 90 days I owned it, the dealership had it 48 of those days. It had to have 3 separate paint sessions because of poor factory paint and shotty at best body shop paint job. It was so bad the Service Mgr stopped returning my calls and simply avoided me when I would arrive at the dealership. I then spent $1200 of my own money to have the vehicle ceramic coated to protect their paint work. Then there was the known trans downshift issue that wasn't solved because I still have the issue. Then there was there was the wipers not working issue, which took 3 separate trips for them to "hopefully" solve. During the last trip, they offered to get me out of it which is nothing more than a trade in process. Mind you, I've been having issues since day 1 but they are drastically deducting the value for every mile I've drive the defective vehicle. If the offer to trade in was done earlier in the process I would have done it then. It felt like it was planned this way. I love my suv and would have traded for the same, but simply didn't like the way it was handled by the sales team ... Also the service advisors were very courteous and did their very best to keep me informed other the the manager. More

I e-mailed and got a quote on the vehicle from Kristin Davis that was below what I had seen the vehicle priced previously and below sticker. Went up on a Saturday, dealt with very professional Gary Celotto in the showroom, and eventually purchased the vehicle at Kristin's quoted price. When the deal moved back to financing, it was at the sticker price and not Kristin's quoted price which I caught after the documents had been signed and they corrected. David Dodge is a well oiled machine that moves you through the purchase process with ease. More
