Two new vehicles in a row. Both lemons. I leased a new Jeep Renegade that had a bearing noise and the rear wheels would hop on turns. Went to the service dept. and was told Jeep knows about I leased a new Jeep Renegade that had a bearing noise and the rear wheels would hop on turns. Went to the service dept. and was told Jeep knows about the problem and they have no solution yet. 8 months into the lease I went back to see if they had a solution yet, and they did not. I asked them to get me out of the vehicle and they said they couldn't. Until a couple weeks later when they said they needed to sell a truck and they could help me now. I was put in a new Dodge Ram. It was leased in the evening. The next morning I inspected the body to make sure there were no defects. I found that they had buffed through the clear coat and a dent in the bed. Also multiple areas.of the paint had dirt in it. I have had to go back to the dealer for body repairs on average every other week for over a year. IT'S STILL NOT FIXED! While I've had the truck all of the coolant hoses have been replaced due to an additive that reacts with the rubber on the hoses. It smelled like a dead animal. They broke a vacuum line while doing that repair and i.had to go back again. Multiple occasions the reverse camera stopped working. Then I had a friend of mine look at the paperwork for the lease and he said I had $4,000.00 rolled over from the Jeep that I didn't notice. Please read all document closely. Buyers beware of David Dodge. More

Not a great experience Not a great experience! I had appointment to purchase Jeep when I got there they sold the one I wanted. I settled for another one with conditions we a Not a great experience! Over one month later still waiting to get my spare installed and other modifications! There is no communication between service, sales and customer service! If you have to go to this dealer talk to Emilio he has your back so he says...😕 More

I visited a couple of other dealerships prior to settling on David. Gary, my sales guy, was pleasant to deal with, answered all of my questions, and worked out a deal that I could live with. They were very efficient and I am happier than ever in my new Jeep. Someone actually came up to me today in a shopping parking lot, complimenting my Jeep and mentioned how they were looking. I referred them to David's Dodge, as I would to anyone looking for a car because of their great service and the experience I had. More

less than thrilled I was really pleased with how I was greeted when I came in to look for a truck to buy. everyone was very friendly. I found a truck that wanted to buy. I found a truck that wanted to buy. the buying.process was very easy and went smoothly. however after purchasing the truck, I discovered a mechanical concern. called the following day, was given the run around and more or less was called a liar. That was a complete turn off. I went from feeling really good about buying my truck from them to feeling really disappointed. The situation should have been handled very differently. Would I ever buy another vehicle from them? Im not sure, Would I recommend anyone to them? Ummm I would be leary and would think twice. More
