My husband and I were in a situation of another vehicle that made it very difficult to move forward and be more financially productive. Just when we were ready to give up hope, God used some wonderful people to work on our behalf to turn everything around for us. We had began to loose hope with David Dodge and not be interested in telling anyone about their company just on the basis of previous experience. However, after experiencing what we have just experienced, we now have a change of heart. They were patient to hear our dilemma, and then look for options to find a solution. And solutions they did find! Wow! To God be the glory! Our faith has been restored with this company, and we appreciate all the effort that it took to make this possible. Jan was also very respectful of our decision and went on to explain some of the repair costs that we might now encounter as well as insurance + warranty coverage options that were available as prior lease customers. Dodge Grand Caravan Purchase Our overall experience was very good. I only had one issue. We came from Maryland to purchase this vehicle. An hour and a half away from our home. Our overall experience was very good. I only had one issue. We came from Maryland to purchase this vehicle. An hour and a half away from our home. We didn't realize it until we got home but there were no holes in the front of the car in which to attach our license plate. I emailed our salesman Gary Cellato and he said that was not included in the deal. I was a little upset since he was the one that took the license plates off our trade in and didn't mention that. How can someone purchase a vehicle and the dealer not include what is necessary to attach your license plate to the front of the car? I e=mailed the salesman about this and got no response. Now it will cost me a few extra dollars to do this myself. Not Cool. More
