He found 3 vehicles for me that fit the criteria and all fell within or below budget. He called me when all 3 were ready for pick up and had them waiting for me. All I had to do was walk in and sign some documents with Gary Cramer the finance manager who was also awesome to work with. Gary explained some different warranty packages I could purchase but was in no way pushy. All in all my experience was the better than I have had at any other dealership. I hope my review is helpful as I am not one to usually write reviews but I cannot say enough great things about Chad, Gary, and the whole team up at Evans! Highly recommend! More

Downsized from 4Runner to RAV4 I loved my 2018 Forerunner Limited but it was taking up too much room in my garage so I decided to look at a RAV4 AWD Limited. I contacted Andrew Brad I loved my 2018 Forerunner Limited but it was taking up too much room in my garage so I decided to look at a RAV4 AWD Limited. I contacted Andrew Bradshaw, who had sold me the Forerunner, to test drive one while I was getting my 24 month service on the 4Runner. He allowed me to take it home so I could see how it fit in my garage as well as how it drove. The other drawback to the 4Runner was the ground clearance and my wife had a difficult time getting in. She can get into the RAV4 easily and that was a major consideration. When I got back to the dealership we agreed on a trade difference in short order and I drove the RAV4 home. We have taken on 300 trip in it to get used to the new controls and were totally pleased. More

More for the money I told Cameron my wish list and price range for a new car. The next morning he had a few cars selected for me to consider, but was pretty sure he new I told Cameron my wish list and price range for a new car. The next morning he had a few cars selected for me to consider, but was pretty sure he new which one would be "the one". I liked all the cars he showed me, but he was right. The Blueprint Rav4 Hybrid was "the one". Best of all, it had more bells and whistles than I even knew existed and was still in my price range! Love getting more than expected! More

Excellent Customer Service Hello I always say that Toyota's Service Center, is what sells Toyota's! I had my tire emblem come on and so I drove my car over to Evans to be Hello I always say that Toyota's Service Center, is what sells Toyota's! I had my tire emblem come on and so I drove my car over to Evans to be evaluated without an appt. Scott, the service manager came out and immediately took my car back for an evaluation. Within 10 minutes I was advised I had run over a nail. Scott, took my car back and began working on it. Gary Cramer, the Finance Manager, whom I have worked with in the past at Evans, remembered me and asked me if I would like a cup of coffee while I waited. Gary, proceeded to make me a cup of coffee. Scott, came out and asked me if I needed a shuttle ride somewhere while my car was back in service. The friendly shuttle man gave me a ride to where I needed to be. All in all I was able to meet my responsibilities, and have my tire replaced. Exceptional customer service and a one of kind Service Center, is why I continue to purchase vehicles from Evans, and recommend Evans, to my friends, and colleagues! Thank you, Evans Toyota! More
