So we went looking for another vehicle in several car dealer lots to see what was out there that would work for us. However, when we drove in to Pete Moore Volkswagen parking lot there was a different sense to "customer service." We were welcome by several sales reps, and got help right away. Gray DeStefano took us to look at several cars and SUV's on that visit. On the second visit Gary took us for a test drive in a 2015 Jetta se and we were convinced that was the car for us. The feel and ride were smooth and the 1.8T engine sealed the deal. We noticed that all of the sales reps at this dealer ship were professional and knew how to talk to customers. Gray was outstanding and made working with him easy and fast. We liked the suggestion he made to us about the different models and made sure we were 100% happy with the new purchase. When we were introduce to Kim Gilbert the Business Manager we knew Pete Moore had the right people working there. Again "customer service' was top shelf. Gary's Chief Sales Rep was also warm and friendly with a professional attitude. All in all "I Highly Recommend" Pete Moore VW to all my friends. More

I have had nothing but quality support from Rich Lord and his staff in the service department (and Jay Rosenthal prior to him), which created a strong sense of loyalty to the dealership for myself and my family. Even the dedicated work that Jeff from the Sales Dept put in to attempt to whittle down the overall payments for me, and Kim's help with selecting the proper warranty and maintenance plan to add to my financing. It's just a well-rounded team who put their customers first, which nets them return customers. I would enthusiastically recommend this location to anyone looking to purchase a new car. More

Mr. Fanucci, was courteous, professional and he and Mr. Destefano handled the deal for me. There was no hassle, no haggling, no high pressure, and they gave me a very good deal with a liberal trade in allowance. In buying several new cars over the years, this team from the sales to the finance manager, Aaron, were professional, courteous, and honest right from the start. It made buying this car a pleasure. Mr. Destefano took time to explain all the bells and whistles to my spouse, and I received several thank you emails from sales, managers, service dept and others, thanking me for my business. Having been in sales, sometimes when two salesmen have to "Split a deal" which I am sure they did, but oten the salesmen are upset or stand offish, to the customer. These two men worked well together and complimented one another. hats off to them and Pete Moore, and I recommend them to anyone. More
