I dealt primarily with Gary French, who was a pleasure to work with. First and foremost, very professional and trustworthy. While an explorer with the options we desired was not in stock, he promptly locat work with. First and foremost, very professional and trustworthy. While an explorer with the options we desired was not in stock, he promptly located one at another dealer and had it brought down. It had a cracked windshield which Gary promptly had taken care of - at our house.
