I don’t even know where to start! My truck was brought in on a flatbed with a coolant leak and from the moment I stepped in the service bay everyone I spoke with was very polite, frie My truck was brought in on a flatbed with a coolant leak and from the moment I stepped in the service bay everyone I spoke with was very polite, friendly and offered assurance it would get looked at quickly. Gary broke the bad news to me that it needed to stay for a few days to get repaired but was setting me up with a loaner until everything was completed. When I picked it up a few days later one of the other gentleman who had spoke with me the day of arrival immediately came over to check on me when I entered the service bay. He first asked how the loaner worked out for me and assured me my truck was road ready again! I honestly could not have asked for better service on a Saturday afternoon with being towed in from the side of the interstate. More

Gary is the greatest asset this dealership has. Lauren Ball is terrific too. She is knowledgeable and friendly, always making me feel welcome there. Being a senior citizen and driving a large motorhome can be a worry but not for me...I know my rig is safe and dependable after having the work done here.
