My truck was brought in on a flatbed with a coolant leak and from the moment I stepped in the service bay everyone I spoke with was very polite, frie My truck was brought in on a flatbed with a coolant leak and from the moment I stepped in the service bay everyone I spoke with was very polite, friendly and offered assurance it would get looked at quickly. Gary broke the bad news to me that it needed to stay for a few days to get repaired but was setting me up with a loaner until everything was completed. When I picked it up a few days later one of the other gentleman who had spoke with me the day of arrival immediately came over to check on me when I entered the service bay. He first asked how the loaner worked out for me and assured me my truck was road ready again! I honestly could not have asked for better service on a Saturday afternoon with being towed in from the side of the interstate. More
