Timothy Selby has been our sales representative for our last three vehicles. He knows us and our likes and dislikes. There was no haggling back and forth with the price of their vehicle and the value of our trade in vehicle. Everything was up front right a way. There was no pressure. An extremely pleasant experience. Even three of the service advisors came out to greet us and support us in our purchase. More

My driving experience continues to be exceptional because I drive a very satisfying BMW and because of the exceptional way I’m treated by Gary and the Service team at BMW of Salem. Excellent communication, technicians that are friendly and engaged and business processes designed to proactively resolve issues related to my car, which by the way, has been very reliable over the past 7 years of ownership. I would also like to add, that having formerly been employed as a Customer Experience Manager for Mercedes-Benz, I know how difficult it can be, to consistently perform in what can best be described as a dynamic environment, with very demanding clients like myself. The communication and quality of service work Chris and his team provide, is truly as remarkable and unique among car dealerships and independent repair shops. More
