My last BMW X 1 was the 4th X series in a row leased from Portland BMW and the first from the NEW dealership and it was not like the old place and felt they were more interested in leasing me something then taking care of me. Came to a couple of open houses at your dealership introducing 2018 and 2019 X models and was impressed by your staff and and size of shop space, etc and had may car serviced by you for the first time.
