I had a SUV that I still owed $11,500 on (that was not in good condition a few dings & things that didn`t work anymore.) Any-who, I have been wanting to buy a Prius for awhile so I could downsize, & I needed good condition a few dings & things that didn`t work anymore.) Any-who, I have been wanting to buy a Prius for awhile so I could downsize, & I needed to buy a Toyota Prius before they got too expensive, because of the way gas was going up. however I still was stuck making payments on my SUV. So I went to the dealership to see what they could do for my "not so good situation." Gary Gonzales Helped me when I got there. He was good, worked with me. and made me an offer I couldn`t refuse. I really do feel like he got me the best deal that he could. without haggling me how dealerships do. I definitely got the impression that they weren`t playing games like every other dealership that I have ever been to. with the money part anyway. They definitely told me that they had a Toyota Prius Prime that I could see, only to get me in the door. witch when I got there they didn`t have it. That wasn`t Gary though, that was Rusty. However I`m glad that Rusty did tell a fib to get me into the door, because honestly I had the best dealership experience I have ever had in my life. They changed my whole situation by getting me a "in perfect condition," used Prius with stupid low miles, (99,000) and paying off the debt I owed and taking my dingy car off of my hands. by the end of it all, I ended up still making payments, like I was before. but I feel a whole lot better making these payments than I did making payments for my other car. They really had me all set by the time I left. with a warranty that covered anything mechanical or electrical that failed. So if anything happens to the car I don`t have to pay anything, and someone else will fix it for me. Other than normal wear and tear, like tires and such. Plus I got 3 free oil changes with the car. I also left the lot with a full tank of gas. wish I had gotten my 1st car here they really look out for you in every way that they can, and work with you. Especially Gary Gonzales. I highly recommend him! More
