Gary is the best you should know you are lucky to have him as an employee. He took care of all my needs with rental car and kept me fully informed. I stuck my head in the door way to ask about the cashier location. These guys were gabbing it up big time , seemed pretty pleased with themselves I stood in the doorway for about 20 seconds, they saw me but didn’t have the curtesy to ask if I needed anything. You might work on that. More

I was recommended to check out service dept at Crown in VTA. Gary was amazing. Very kind and cared about my needs for my Pacifica. I appreciated his honesty with my needs to only have done what is necessar VTA. Gary was amazing. Very kind and cared about my needs for my Pacifica.
