I love my car. Best car I’ve ever owned. I take great pride in my car and obviously, good care of my car. When I finally replace it, I’ll replace it with another Acura MDX. I have purchased 7 Acura vehicles and had them all serviced at the Brookfield, WI dealership for more than 20 years. Until recently, I have loved the service and the service reps were amazing. The experience has gone down significantly with the rapid service area. Dan and Gary continue to be outstanding. On the opposite end of the spectrum is Derrick. More

Normally 5 star rating. This time good but not great. After a B1 mtce had slow tire leak fixed (rim sanded and resealed). When came to pick up same tire (left front) was pretty flat even though this was After a B1 mtce had slow tire leak fixed (rim sanded and resealed). When came to pick up same tire (left front) was pretty flat even though this was not the leaky tire. Had to get loaner for weekend. Car was ready Monday by 9:00AM. Possible leaky valve stem. Extra effort on Acura part to make me happy. But the flat was overlooked till last minute. Still a fan, but my 1st experience where it was not exceptional which is what I expect from an Acura dealership. More

I had an engine light come on in my RDX, I called early in the morning and was happy I could bring my car in that same morning. I was given a loaner as I think they thought my car might need to be there lo in the morning and was happy I could bring my car in that same morning. I was given a loaner as I think they thought my car might need to be there longer than a day. The loaner was great, I appreciated the use of the car. As it turned out the issue was not complicated and I was able to pick my car up later in the day. I was called before any work was done and Gary explained what was needed for the repair & what the cost would be. I was quoted a little more than the actual repair so was happy when I arrived to find out it was a little less. This was my second visit to Acura. I was very pleased. I can't say enough about how friendly everyone is and how comfortable they make you feel. Thanks a bunch! More
