Always treats me well.. ! I have been a repeat customer of Acura of Brookfield for over 7 years now. Ever since I moved to this area, I have been availing their services. All of their service techs have been fantastic but I would definitely like to mention Mr Colin Fiedler who I have been working with the most. I trust Colin to do everything right by me and much appreciate the attention he gives towards my needs. He is always easy to talk to and he will go above and beyond to help me out. Even though I ended up with leasing my latest vehicle from another dealership (due to a quote that Brookfield could not match), I had no problem going back to Acura of Brookfield for my service needs. They never discriminated against me nor did they treat me any differently because of that, which I really appreciate. Once again, I give Acura of Brookfield's service team 5 stars for their excellent service and customer satisfaction. Keep up the good work and Thank you once again More

Horrible work It took me three trips to the dealership, a few days of work, quite a few phone calls, an oil stained garage and driveway, an abnormal worn out tire, It took me three trips to the dealership, a few days of work, quite a few phone calls, an oil stained garage and driveway, an abnormal worn out tire, broken undercar body plastics, empty reservoirs of fluids, no car wash, no courtesy car, to finally fix an oil consumption recall. Not the service that used to be when I was there before and during the renovation. Next time I might try a Illinois dealership that is about the same distance with you from my location. Because you are the only Acura dealership in town doesn't mean that you can have this kind of service with us. If it wasn't for Gary this review would have been a zero star one. More

I needed a B13 service and Ron walked me through everything that was going to be done and explained it throughly. During the service Gary called to say some further service was needed. He went through it without saying everything had to be done but instead recommended what was most important. More
