We have been totally pleased with the guidance and assistance of David Kaemmer in the sale of each of these vehicles, David has a great perception of a customer's needs and can direct them to the ideal purchase, taking out a great deal of confusion that goes into such a purchase, Thanks, Dave. On another note. I don't know if it had been mentioned before, our past experiences with your service department has been second to none. From the minute one drives into the service area to the analysis and completion of the work, we feel a great sense of confidence that the vehicle needs are well attended to and completed in a fair and orderly manner. Over and above! I had my MDX in for a recall appointment and worked with Gary Krier. While Gary was writing up the order he mentioned there was a second recall just o I had my MDX in for a recall appointment and worked with Gary Krier. While Gary was writing up the order he mentioned there was a second recall just ordered. Since we travel a little distance to the dealership Gary suggested we do both that day. Since we had a commitment I didn't think we had enough time for both. Gary suggested a loaner which we did. The timing worked perfectly, both completed and my vehicle returned spotlessly cleaned.
