I have been an Acura of Brookfield customer for 23 years now and I always appreciate how nice everyone is, and so accommodating, but on my last visit I felt like a rock star, or something! Gary Krier recognized me right away and instructed Adam to take very good care of me then John Vasos went out of his way to locate me in the waiting room and catch up. We had so much fun talking the time flew by and I almost didn't want to leave! I LOVE the people and service at Acura of Brookfield!! I had a breakdown and was able to get my vehicle right in. My car broke down on a Friday evening. I called just before closing and they advised my to have the car towed in the next day. I did and they took me in on Saturday and provided a loaner until completed. besides the need for a starter (the reason for the breakdown) they also proceeded to look other things over and found additional work to be done. The work was done completely and done early. I was contacted several times in between to make sure I was OK with the repairs. I was provided with several options and I was treated very courteously.
