My 3rd Acura Acura of Brookfield is almost an hour from my home but well worth the drive. I just purchased my third Acura, a 2016 Acura TLX. A1 Service call I brought my car in for a regular service call, which was of course handled efficiently and timely. That is nice and somewhat expected, but the way I I brought my car in for a regular service call, which was of course handled efficiently and timely. That is nice and somewhat expected, but the way I was treated was so much better than expected! I have been an Acura of Brookfield customer for 23 years now and I always appreciate how nice everyone is, and so accommodating, but on my last visit I felt like a rock star, or something! Gary Krier recognized me right away and instructed Adam to take very good care of me then John Vasos went out of his way to locate me in the waiting room and catch up. We had so much fun talking the time flew by and I almost didn't want to leave! I LOVE the people and service at Acura of Brookfield!! Rich Bravata just sold my daughter a car last month, and she loves it, too!! More

I had a breakdown and was able to get my vehicle right in. My car broke down on a Friday evening. I called just before closing and they advised my to have the car towed in the next day. I did and they took m My car broke down on a Friday evening. I called just before closing and they advised my to have the car towed in the next day. I did and they took me in on Saturday and provided a loaner until completed. besides the need for a starter (the reason for the breakdown) they also proceeded to look other things over and found additional work to be done. The work was done completely and done early. I was contacted several times in between to make sure I was OK with the repairs. I was provided with several options and I was treated very courteously. Gary Krier has always been responsive to all of my car needs over the years and has always given me a car to use whenever necessary....a great relief when you have only one car! He has always been honest and straight forward and is a real pleasure to work with. Ron and the entire staff are are always pleasant and the lounge is a very comfortable place to wait for repairs to be completed. If you are looking for a great car and great service you will find it at Acura of Brookfield. More
