Hassle Free, Zero Issues, Good Communication To the point, I have been planning to purchase a vehicle for 3-4 months, I gauged the local market and selected a few different vehicles. I reached o To the point, I have been planning to purchase a vehicle for 3-4 months, I gauged the local market and selected a few different vehicles. I reached out to four different dealerships, that had vehicles I was interested in, on Tuesday morning. Gary reached out to me almost immediately on Tues at 1:08pm, I had already secured financing from my bank, we discussed things over email and via phone. Gary suggested I take advantage of a promotion they had going on(1.8% financing), I scheduled a time to go in on Thursday, he had my vehicle prepped and had invested time in learning about the various options on my specific vehicle. He was prepared and understood that I wanted to complete this purchase by end of week. I drove away in my my new car on Friday morning. I felt Gary made my schedule a priority and was able to work with the various departments behind the scenes to ensure we could make this happen. Gary did not involve me in needless things or waste my time. I think all told I spent less than 3 hours in total at the dealership, that includes the test drive and filling out paperwork etc. Very clearly worthy of a 5 star review. He assessed my needs and focused on ensuring he could meet my needs all while being friendly and engaging. Also, a big shout-out to Jodi Franklin, she was the finance manager that reviewed all the paperwork/made sure everything was completed. She was warm, friendly, articulate and held good conversation. She did all of this while being thorough and ensuring we covered all the details, I walked away with complete understanding. I walked in expecting to be barraged with up-sell attempts, I declined add-ons etc and nobody tried to pressure anything. They all accepted that I had a specific budget and did not want to deviate. Obviously it's their job to offer XYZ additional items/warranties, that is expected, just like the dude at Mcdonalds asks if you want your burger in a basket. We all have hoops to jump through at work, I am happy that nobody at the dealership was annoying and trying to apply pressure for additional items. They accepted No. Based off of my interactions, I highly recommend working with Gary Matuszak and the Kolosso Team. On a funny sidenote, only one of the other dealerships I originally reached out to on Tues has contacted me - today - and the other two have not even attempted. More
