Gary was very honest about staying with a Toyota because of resale value over getting a Jeep because that was my main concern due to the fact I trade in my cars fairly often. The dealership was fair to me with my trade in but the service was less than impressive. Since when does a new truck not come with a bedliner? My salesperson was semi uneducated on the process and was service was less than impressive. Since when does a new truck not come with a bedliner? My salesperson was semi uneducated on the process and was not organized. Since the new truck did not come with a bedliner they were supposed to take the one out of my old truck but that took 2 different visits to get that handled because sales didn't schedule an appointment with service to get it done.
