I visited Kolosso for the first time this week and ended up buying a vehicle. Gary Matuszak was great as discussing the differences between the vehicles I was looking at and offered to park them side by si up buying a vehicle. I felt I received a fair price for my trade-in and both Jim Stein and Gary stayed way past closing time to be sure I drove home in my new vehicle. Great experience start to finish. My salesperson (Gary) was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the cars. I never felt pressed or uncomfortable. This is a great Toyota dealership. You are made to feel welcome and part of the family when you walk in the door. I was actually met at the door by the owner (Bill) and was made to feel welcome.
