Gary does a great job of explaining the work that needs to be done. He always lists any other problems that were discovered and helps me to prioritize the recommended work. Everytime I have had to bring my car in for service Gary has always explained what needs to be done and why it has to be done. If any service work can be delayed until the next oil change he will do it. I has always explained what needs to be done and why it has to be done. If any service work can be delayed until the next oil change he will do it. I have always been given whatever discount he can possibly give me for work done. It is important to be able to have my car worked on and trust that the work has been properly completed. If I have any problem, Gary will go out of his way to make sure I am satisfied with the work. I was very happy with the service experience I had at Jones Dodge. I only needed an oil change and I was not talked into anything else. The service representative was Gary Millay. Ever since I have purchased my jeep from Jones the service has been awesome. They are honset and do not pressure you into having work done that isn't needed. I have dealt with Gary at a previous Dodge dealership and now at at Jones. He has always been very accurate with his estimates and amount of time for work to be performed. The last repairs I dealt with Ger now at at Jones. He has always been very accurate with his estimates and amount of time for work to be performed. The last repairs I dealt with Gery was for my vehicle not being kept up to date with the maintenance recommendations. It is now up to date and running smoothly. Gary is a good asset for the Jones Junction. More

My rating for this visit is because of Gary. I first dealt with Gary when I first bought the truck. My mirror was broken and I went to Gary for help. He not only got my mirror repaired in a timely man dealt with Gary when I first bought the truck. My mirror was broken and I went to Gary for help. He not only got my mirror repaired in a timely manner, he helped me resolve a wheel issue that the sales person ignored. Gary is always pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable about his job. If not for Gary I would prefer to pay for oil changes. More

From the time I arrived until the time I was ready to leave, I received exceptional service from the Service Manager, Gary Millay. He was very willing to explain all of the necessary repairs to me, and leave, I received exceptional service from the Service Manager, Gary Millay. He was very willing to explain all of the necessary repairs to me, and keep me updated on the mechanic's progress as they went along. After the necessary repairs were completed, Gary went over everything in detail and reassured me to call and return if they could help with any further needs for my Jeep. As with anytime I need service etc., Gary Millay is helpful and informative. After not being able to get into my car because of a defective key, I called Gary at the shop who gave me a number of a tow helpful and informative. After not being able to get into my car because of a defective key, I called Gary at the shop who gave me a number of a tow company to have it towed to the shop. Gary even took time from his personal schedule to call me after hours to make sure the car was picked up with no issues. After having the car dropped at the shop Gary called me around 10:00 am the next day to explain to me what was going on an approve the costs. I was able to pick my car up that evening, even without an appointment that day. Jones was able to squeeze my car in and get it taken care of quickly. More
