I feel that the customer service was very good, everyone I came across seemed to be conscious of finding out what I needed and were very knowledgeable and supportive to meet my needs. Gary's personal service was awesome. He answered all my questions and was very clear when he described what was wrong with the car so I could even understand. I couldn't believe the price. They also went the extra mile and checked my other fluids and repleted them, checked and put air in my tires and other little things to prolong the life of my car. I took in mile and checked my other fluids and repleted them, checked and put air in my tires and other little things to prolong the life of my car. I took in my car for brakes and oil change. I thought I would need brakes all the way around, but they pointed out that I still had some life left to the front brakes and only replaced the ones that needed replacement, the rear ones. Great job, guys! More

I have received exceptional customer service from Gary Millay. My Jeep needed new end pieces for my roof-rack. A very minor, tedious service project. Gary treated the issue as if it were any other. I followed Gary to Jones for service from his previous dealership. He has been more than fair, honest and very accomodating EVERY TIME I have visited the dealership.
